Public Relations Officers and Information and Tecchnology personnel from local authorities across four provinces have gathered at the Chalimbana Local Government Institute for a capacity building program in Website Content Management and Cyber Security.
The program seeks to enable local authorities engage with communities and potential investors in a simple, effective and efficient manner as Zambia is joining the global world in embracing electronic information dissemination as a critical part of community interactions.
